St. Vincent de Paul Holy Cross Conference
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul at Holy Cross is an outreach ministry that provides financial and spiritual assistance to families in our immediate area who are facing temporary emergency hardships. SVDP assists those in need, without regard to race, creed, ethnic or social background, health or gender. Requests and assistance provided are kept strictly confidential.
Our Local Work
The Holy Cross Conference of SVDP serves those in need in our community in many ways including but not limited to personal home visits, gifts of food, clothing, assistance with rent, mortgage, utilities, car repairs, and gas cards. Funding for SVDP comes from generous parishioner support, donations to the Poor Box in the narthex, and various fundraising events. Donation checks or cash can be put in the Poor Box or by clicking on the link below. The SVDP ministry is entirely a volunteer organization. Our mission is to grow spiritually by serving local families in need. We meet regularly on Thursday evenings.
